The assistance and mentoring process is carried out every 2 weeks to 1 time per month. The trainer discusses the material and process of teaching in class. Teachers are trained to think about questions that trigger children's critical thinking patterns. From asking questions to children, teachers are also accustomed to knowing the abilities of each student. Teacher training is adjusted to the level at which the teacher teaches.

 

We also provide teacher support in the form of an incentive of IDR 65,000 / tutoring class, with the potential for a month for teachers to get IDR 800,000-IDR 900,000.
