MEDAENG DETENTION CENTER'S IFTAR

During the COVID-19 pandemic, no visitors were permitted at Medaeng Detention Center in Surabaya. Family visits were stopped temporarily as well. Those who were isolated in the jailhouse would feel even more isolated. Together with partners, we distributed takjil and dishes for iftar to the prisoners for 30 days in the month of Ramadan. We hope, by this ministry, they could also break their fast and be more enthusiastic when doing their fast.

On April 27, 2021, Yayasan Indonesia Sejahtera Barokah (YISB) and others, partnered for their contribution to the inmates of Medaeng Detention Center.
